Preventive care is one of the best ways to stay healthy, and we make it affordable and straightforward.
Wellness Exam:
$150 flat clinic fee, which includes a comprehensive preventive visit (history, physical exam, and screening recommendations), plus a follow-up visit or phone call to review results and discuss personalized prevention guidance.
Routine screening labs are sent to Quest Diagnostics using our discounted uninsured/self-pay pricing program and are billed separately by Quest. Most routine lab panels are typically around $200 or less, depending on the tests ordered. We can often draw blood in clinic if you have easy veins; otherwise, we provide a Quest lab order and you can stop into any Quest collection site within the next week.
Please note: We do not manage chronic conditions long-term. Any abnormal findings requiring ongoing evaluation or treatment should be followed with a primary care provider.
