Frequently asked questions
How do appointments work?
Yes. Paladin Urgent Care is appointment-based so each patient has dedicated time with a medical provider. Appointments can be scheduled online in minutes.
Visits are scheduled one patient at a time. Our goal is to avoid crowded waiting rooms and provide more personal, focused care. Minimal to never wait times.
Paladin Urgent Care is currently a self-pay clinic. Pricing is transparent and available before your visit, with no surprise bills.
We treat many common urgent care concerns including infections, minor injuries, cuts, dehydration, ear/nose/throat concerns, urinary symptoms, and other non-emergency medical needs.
We treat what most other urgent care centers treat, and also have IV fluids, and offer outpatient labs when indicated.
Paladin Urgent Care treats many common illnesses and minor injuries, but some symptoms require a higher level of care.
For your safety, concerns such as chest pain, signs of stroke, severe trouble breathing, major injuries, severe allergic reactions, or other potentially life-threatening symptoms should be evaluated in an emergency department.
We do not have on-site X-ray imaging, but when appropriate we can evaluate injuries, provide splinting or initial treatment, and coordinate outpatient imaging orders.
If you are unsure whether Paladin is the right place for your concern, please contact us before scheduling.
