In-Clinic Visit (before 8 PM)
No insurance visit fee: $120
With Insurance visit fee: $75
Procedures: + $30 supply/time fee
IV fluids+$75 | Tetanus vaccines+40 | Clinic dispensed full prescriptions additional.
Late-Night Visits (After 8 PM): $225 — Avoid the ER for non-emergent issues
If referred to the ER, visit fee reduced to $100.
Seen immediately upon arrival — no waiting.
Near all-inclusive — only IV fluids and select medications may add cost.
Most medications dispensed on-site at no additional cost — no pharmacy trip needed.
Includes one free follow-up visit for the same issue within 72 hours if needed (before 5:00 PM).

X-Ray Policy
Paladin Urgent Care does not have on-site X-ray. If imaging is needed, a medical evaluation will be performed first and options will be discussed with you.
Daytime visits:
If an X-ray is recommended, you may either:
• Receive an outpatient X-ray order with bracing/support provided in clinic (standard visit fee applies), or
• Have your visit fee waived and seek care at a nearby urgent care with on-site X-ray.
After-hours visits (8:00 PM – 2:00 AM):
If imaging is indicated, you may either:
• Continue care through Paladin with bracing and an outpatient X-ray order ($225 visit fee applies), or
• Receive evaluation and bracing and elect to visit another urgent care with on-site X-ray the following day (visit fee reduced to $125).
Visit fee adjustments do not apply when additional procedures (such as laceration repair or other treatments) are performed.

We do not perform pelvic or digital rectal examinations at this clinic.
However, self-swab testing is available for certain conditions, and many infections can still be evaluated and treated.
No ECG services available.
We are unable to evaluate heart concerns (such as palpitations or chest pain). For cardiac symptoms or any emergency condition, please go directly to the ER or call 911.
